एनालिसिस एक ऐसी PLATFORM है जो स्वास्थ्य और स्वास्थ्य देखभाल से संबंधित वैचारिक और मानक मुद्दों के बारे में बातचीत और बहस को बढ़ावा देती है, जिसमें स्वास्थ्य प्रणाली, स्वास्थ्य देखभाल प्रावधान, स्वास्थ्य कानून, सार्वजनिक नीति और स्वास्थ्य, पेशेवर स्वास्थ्य अभ्यास, स्वास्थ्य सेवा संगठन और निर्णय लेना शामिल है,

जिस अभिनेता ने ऐसे-ऐसे किरदार फ़िल्म के पर्दे पर निभाएं हों, उसने किस लम्हे में सकारात्मक जीवन दर्शन को तिलांजलि दे दी? क्या जिन भूमिकाओं को कलाकार पर्दे पर निभाता है उसका फलसफा अपनी जिंदगी में अपनाता है?

लगता है कि मुंबई की फ़िल्मी दुनिया में कोरोना के कारण मानसिक उथल-पुथल है। वहां जो संघर्षशील कलाकार हैं, वे गहरे अवसाद में हैं

पत्रकारिता आज़ादी के दौर में मिशन थी, बाद में प्रोफ़ेशन बन गयी और अब टीवी चैनलों के शोर के दौर में प्रहसन हो चुकी है।

10 फ़ीसदी लोगों में मनोविकार

एक अध्ययन के अनुसार देश में कोरोना वायरस संक्रमण आने से पहले 18 साल की आयु से अधिक उम्र के 10 फ़ीसदी से ज़्यादा लोग किसी न किसी तरह के मानसिक विकार से ग्रस्त थे और 2020 तक बढ़ कर 20 प्रतिशत हो जाने का अनुमान था।

लेकिन कोरोना वायरस महामारी और लॉकडाउन के कारण परिस्थितियाँ बदल गयी हैं। बदले हुये हालात में अब देश में मनोविकार का शिकार होने वाले व्यक्तियों की संख्या इससे भी अधिक हो सकती है।

इस समय देश के अनेक निजी अस्पतालों में मानसिक विकार से ग्रस्त व्यक्तियों की समस्याओं को ध्यानपूर्वक सुनने, उन्हें परामर्श देने और ज़रूरत पड़ने पर दवा देने के लिये मनोचिकित्सक उपलब्ध हैं। कई ग़ैर सरकारी संगठन भी इस क्षेत्र में काम कर रहे हैं।

लेकिन, हमारे देश में इस समय अवसाद या मनोविकारों का उपचार करने के लिये पर्याप्त संख्या में न तो मनोचिकित्सक ही हैं और न ही अस्पताल। एक अनुमान के अनुसार, इस समय देश में करीब 6 हज़ार मनोचिकित्सक हैं, जो अपर्याप्त हैं।

स्थिति की गंभीरता का अनुमान इसी तथ्य से लगाया जा सकता है कि इस समय राज्य सरकारें 41 मानसिक स्वास्थ्य अस्पतालों का संचालन कर रही हैं।

मौजूदा हालात में भविष्य की कल्पना करके भयभीत होना या अशंकित होना स्वाभाविक है। यही वह क्षण होता है जब व्यक्ति अवसाद, भय, असुरक्षा और अनिश्चितता का शिकार होने लगता है।

यह विडंबना ही है कि हमारे देश में मनोविकार से ग्रस्त व्यक्ति मनोचिकित्सक से सलाह लेने या इलाज कराने के लिये तैयार ही नहीं होते, उनका तर्क होता है कि उन्हें कोई मानसिक बीमारी नहीं है।

लॉकडाउन ख़त्म होने पर लोगों के अवसाद ग्रस्त होने या किसी न किसी प्रकार की असुरक्षा को लेकर आशंकित होने के मामले बड़ी संख्या में सामने आने की संभावना है।

इस महामारी के संकट के दौरान अवसाद या अज्ञात भय और असुरक्षा की भावना का शिकार हुये व्यक्तियों के मन से असुरक्षा की भावना निकालने और उनमें आत्मविश्वास पैदा करने के लिये बड़ी संख्या में मनोचिकित्कों की जरूरत होगी।

A Summary of Anxiety Disorders

Anxiety becomes a disorder or a mental problem if it starts to rule your life and affect your responses to different stimuli. The most dangerous thing about anxiety is that there is no way of knowing that you already have a problem unless the anxiety becomes so ingrained into you that it becomes chronic. Early intervention is needed, but intervention through therapy or self help practices is only possible as soon as you recognize that you have a problem.

Do you think you might have an anxiety problem? Here are some of the more familiar types of anxiety disorders that you may have encountered.

Generalized Anxiety Disorder – This type of disorder is often the least treated and the most difficult to diagnose among the different types of anxiety disorders. Some people even poke fun at the individuals showing symptoms of what could be generalized anxiety disorder. These people are known as the worry warts among us, and they do tend to worry about everything and anything.

The main stumbling block for treatment may be the inability to explain where the anxiety is coming from. The intensity of the feeling varies, depending on which aspect of a person’s life is concerned: finances, family or employment. But the worry and fretting persists regardless of the status of the problem.

Social Anxiety Disorder – The term social anxiety refers to the way an individual reacts in the presence of strangers and acquaintances. This is a specific type of anxiety that can be detected easily because of the behavior of the individual in a group. Most of the time, an individual suffering from social anxiety can be around people but still feel alone. This kind of anxiety may or may not be rooted in the way the person has been treated by others in the past.

ummary of Attachment Styles:

Attachment Styles are patterns of adaptive (i.e. sensible and helpful) ways for a child to respond and adapt to the environment into which they are born. Children develop their attachment styles by the age of 3 years old; this is often called the critical period (link to glossary) developing attachments. Therefore, the pattern developed in the first three years of life is then fixed unless therapeutic parenting or intervention is used to change the person’s way of relating.

The following is a summary of the four basic attachment strategies.

1. Secure Attachment

Securely attached children are confident to approach their carers and expect that their distress will be understood and responded to unconditionally. This sense of trust extends into the child’s expectations of other relationships.

Research indicates that 55% of the population display a secure attachment pattern.

2. Avoidant Attachment

Children who have an avoidant attachment pattern have learnt that their emotions are not responded to empathically. Such children have learnt to anticipate that expressions of their emotions will anger or irritate their carer. Their cries, anger, neediness or frustrations have typically been ignored or punished and so their attachment seeking behaviour has generated the opposite of what is needed from their carer i.e. distance rather than closeness.

In order to cope with such parenting, children who have an avoidant attachment have learnt that in order to avoid distance and have the best chance of proximity to their carer they should deny and/or repress their emotional needs i.e. they minimise their attachment behaviour and become insular. This can be seen as a “flight” strategy.

Children who display avoidant attachment are, at least, able to work out an organised way of achieving some access to their attachment figure.

Research indicates that 23% of the population display an avoidant attachment pattern.

Typical Avoidant Attachment presentations:

Detachment in relationships;
Excessive independence;
Disappearing into a bubble;
Eating disorders;
Self-harm;
Depression etc.

3. Ambivalent (or Resistant) Attachment

Children who show an ambivalent attachment style have typically experienced a primary carer who is inconsistent and unreliable in their ability to meet the child’s emotional needs. This may be due to the adult’s preoccupation with their own difficulties, for example depression, drug and/or alcohol use or more subtle difficulties in tuning into the meaning of the emotional expressions of their child (which can be due to the adult’s own attachment difficulties).

बाईपोलर डिस ऑर्डर और इसका इलाज

यह एक प्रकार का गंभीर मानसिक रोग है यह लगभग हर सौ व्यक्तियों में से एक व्यक्ति को होता है इस बीमारी में दो ध्रुव होते हैं जिसमें पहले ग्रुप में तो हमारा मन बहुत उत्साहित रहता है मेनिया में व्यक्ति बहुत ज्यादा चिड़ चढ़ा या फिर उन्माद की स्थिति में हो जाता है दूसरा रोग इसका डिप्रेशन की अवस्था को रिप्रजेंट करता है इसमें व्यक्ति का किसी से बात करने का मन नहीं होता वह एकदम उदास सा बैठा रहता है कुछ काम करने का मन नहीं होता इस प्रकार से पहले स्टेज को हम मेनिया बोलते हैं और दूसरी स्टेज को डिप्रेशन बाईपोलर की कोई भी स्थिति पूरे जीवन काल नहीं रहती है इंसान के साथ यह एक महीने एक हफ्ते या दो महीने दो हफ्ते से मैं ठीक भी हो सकता है ये व्यक्ति को बाय पोलर होता है वो उसके पूरे जीवन काल में यह आठ से नौ बार ये स्टेज आएंगी उसके पूरे जीवन काल में बाईपोलर की बीमारी हमारे इंसानी शरीर में उसके मस्तिष्क के रासानिक संतुलन के बिगड़ने के कारण उत्पन्न होती है बाईपोलर डिसऑर्डर यह एक अनुवांशिक रोगों में भी गिना जाता है अर्थात कि यदि आपके परिवार के बुजुर्गों में से किसी को भी बाईपोलर की बीमारी थी तो उनकी आने वाली पीढ़ी के बच्चों में भी ए बाईपोलर की बीमारी देखने को मिल सकती है यह यह बाईपोलर की कंडीशन अपने क्लोज रिलेशन में जैसे माता पिता या भाई बहन में है तो उससे उसकी सेकंड जेनरेशन में ट्रांसफर होने की संभावना ज्यादा रहती है बाइपोलर डिसॉर्डर के पहला कंडी में पहला केस बच्चे पन्द्रह से पच्चीस साल की उम्र में इंसान को देखने लगता है और इसके बाद बाकी के जीवन काल में आठ से नौ बार यह बाईपोलर डिसऑर्डर रिपीट करता है बाईपोलर के रोगी के दोनों स्टेजों को देखते हुए उनकी लक्षणों के द्वारा पहचान करना बडा ही आसान होता है बाईपोलर में मेनिया और डिप्रेशन दोनों के ही लक्षण अलग अलग होते हैं पहले हम मेनिया की बात करते हैं मेनिया की कंडीशन में उसको उन्माद कहते हैं हिंदी में इसमें हैं व्यक्ति बड़ा ही उत्साहित रहता है बर बोला हो जाता है हैं बहुत ज्यादा बातें करने लगता है खुश खुश रहता है चिडचिडा हो जाता है मेनियाके रोगी के विचार बार बार बदलते रहते हैं उसका एक टॉपिक कम्पलीट नहीं हो पाता फिर तुरंत ही दूसरे टॉपिक पर वह सोचने लगता है उसपे काम करने की बातें करने लगता है और उसको बहुत बड़े प्रोजेक्ट के तौर पर उसको अपने आप को विशेष योग बताएगा सारी समस्याओं का निदान करता अपने आपको बताएगा सारे प्रोजेक्ट का मास्टर माइंड अपने आपको बताएगा चाहे वह शास्त्री संबंधित हो ज्योतिष संबंधी तो खाना हाँ हम पढ़ने लिखने में भी वह अपने आपको श्रेष्ठ बताएगा खेलकूद में भी वह अपने आप को श्रेष्ठ बताएगा और मेनिया रोग से ग्रसित लोगों को दो से तीन घंटे तक कंटिन्यू एक ही टॉपिक पर कई बार बातें करते रहते हैं थकते नहीं हैं और उनके विचार दिमाग से निकलते रहते हैं ऐज स्टेट कंटिन्यू मेनिया रोग से ग्रस्त व्यक्तियों के अंदर पैसे खर्च करने की भी लत पड़ जाती है वो ज्यादा से ज्यादा शॉपिंग पर अपना खर्च करेंगे ब्लास्ट की चीजें खरीद देंगे एक इन्वेस्टमेंट ज्यादा वह अपनी क्षमता से बहुत ज्यादा शॉपिंग कर लेते हैं उनकी बातें भी उनकी क्षमता से उनकी योग्यता से बहुत बड़ी होती हैं उनके जो सोचने की क्षमता होती है वह अन्य लोगों के आम इंसान की सोचने की क्षमता से बहुत ज्यादा धर्म से जुड़ी हुई बड़ी बड़ी बातें करने वाला व्यक्ति मेनिया का मरीज होता है अध्यात्म से जुड़ी बड़ी बड़ी बातें करने वाला व्यक्ति भी मेनिया का मरीज होता है h मेनिया से ग्रसित व्यक्ति अपने आप को प्रकांड पंडित बताने से भी नहीं डरता है ऐसे व्यक्ति जोर जोर से गाने बजाता है और जोर जोर से गाने गाने की भी कोशिश करता है बड़ी बड़ी सूरी ने आवाजें मेनिया से ग्रसित व्यक्ति है और सब परिस्थितियों को देखे बगैर होता है तो म्यूजिक इंस्ट्रूमेंट को बजाने में भी व्यस्त रहता है अक्सर मेनिया से ग्रसित व्यक्ति ही नींद की कमी रहती है और वह सुबह बहुत जल्दी तीन या चार बजे उठ जाते हैं और उठने के बाद वो कंटिन्यू बोलना शुरू कर देते हैं और मेनिया रोग से ग्रसित व्यक्ति उग्र स्वभाव का भी हो जाता है वह अपने आस पास के लोगों से अक्सर झगड़ता रहता है वह अपने घर के अंदर हो जब घर के बाहर हो वो सामान फेंकना तोड़ना फोड़ना अच्छा था मैं यह कह सकते हैं कि जितने भी गुंडे मवाली होते हैं ये सब मीडिया से ग्रसित लोग ही होते हैं g मेनिया से ग्रसित व्यक्ति को अगर वाहन दे दिए जाते हैं तो वह बहुत तेजी से चलाते हैं वो ट्रैफिक के रूल को तोड़ने वाले व्यक्ति मनिया के ही मरीज होते हैं और उनको उनके इस उग्र स्वभाव के कारण वे अपनी और दूसरे की जान की परवाह भी नहीं करते मेनिया दो भागों पहले एक हैप्पी मेनिया कहलाता है और दूसरा इरिटेटेड मेनिया कहलाता है

बाईपोलर डिसऑर्डर में जो डिप्रेशन के लक्षण आते हैं उसमें मन दुखी ज्यादा रहता है f किसी काम में मन नहीं लगना भी एक डिप्रेशन का ही लक्षण हैं g जिस जो इंसान अपनी हॉबीज को छोड़ा जाता है और वो अपने वो डिप्रेशन का शिकार व्यक्ति ही होता है यह भी एक सबसे बड़ा लक्षण हैं होगी को छोड़ना डे डिप्रेशन का लक्षण है h अपने आप को टॉर्चर करना अपने ऊपर हमला करना अपने जीवन के छेड़खानी करना आत्महत्या की कोशिश करना ये सब डिप्रेशन के लक्षण में शामिल हैं g जीवन के लिए जितने भी नकारात्मक व्यू होते हैं वो सारे अपने मन में सोचते रहना वाला व्यक्ति डिप्रेशन का मरीज कहलाता है h जो व्यक्ति अपने पिछले जन्म के कर्मों के नतीजे पर बात करते हैं वो भी डिप्रेशन के मरीज होते हैं जो व्यक्ति यह कहते हैं कि जो भी वो बर्तमान मे चल रहा वो उनके कल मौका नही है वो भी डिप्रेशन के ही मरीज के r डिप्रेशन के शिकार मरीज होते हैं लोगों से कटे कटे रहते हैं चाहे वो परिवार के लोग हों चाहे वो पड़ोसी हो चाहे वह उनके मेलरोज वाले दोस्त हैं ये सभी और उनके खाने पीने में मन नहीं होता है तथा उनके स्वास्थ्य पर ध्यान नहीं देता है वह कटीकेरे बाईपोलर डिसऑर्डर को सबसे बड़ा अनुवांशिक कालक रिस्क फैक्टर माना जाता है h किसी व्यक्ति के जीवन काल में आए तनाव को ढंग से डील नहीं कर पाता और असफल हो जाता है इस वजह से भी किसी स्वस्थ इंसान को बाइपोलर डिसऑर्डर की बीमारी हो सकती है h अल्कोहल गांजा और तंबाकू बीड़ी का नशा करने वालों के अंदर बाइपोलर डिसऑर्डर के होने की संभावना ज्यादा बढ़ जाती हैrr जो इंसान बचपन से ही निगेटिव लाइफ स्टाइल को देखता आ रहा है परिवार की और नेगेटिव घटनाओं को ज्यादा देखा हो उसने असफलता को ज्यादा देखा हो वो भी बाईपोलर डिसऑर्डर का शिकार हो जाता है f r बाईपोलर डिसऑर्डर की बीमारी मेल और फीमेल दोनों में बराबर ही होती है जो भी इंसान पिछले एक कंडीशन में से किसी भी कंडीशन उनको फॉलो करता है तो उस उस इंसान के अनशन अनदर बाईपोलर डिसऑर्डर की बीमारी पनप जाती है
